It was becoming very clear that the work is complex, time consuming and costly. Fundmore started to develop a unique method of recruitment, which Fundmore then called "work assignment based recruitment". The concept was simple and flexible. Recruitment was made on short assignment basis according to the type of work, the time needed to do the work and an agreed, often a set amount for cost & expenses. It is a flexible method because we are able to recruit, at short notice, the right expertise at the right time. This method of recruitment became known within the Fundmore group as the Outsourced Financial Team.
